HEADSPACE

Their simple idea is to teach the world to meditate, so that everyone can live a happier, healthier, more enjoyable life...now who doesn't want that!

It's taken me a year and half to actually begin engaging with the idea of meditation on a consistent basis.  I've had all the same thoughts you probably do, "I don't have time" or "I don't know what I'm doing."   This handy little app will guide you through quick 10 minute guided meditations with explanations.  It's wonderful!

ON COMING ALIVE

When we're hurting, it's important to remember we are not alone.  This group reminds me everyday.  Which is why I decided to submit my story. We are all in this together!

On Coming Alive is a movement to unite all who have known suffering through the common ground of compassion and love. The project features a diverse group of stories on the topics and was created as a platform for those who have suffered to share their stories of survival and their wisdom with the world.

CarlyMarie Project Heal

This was one of the first website I found.  Her artwork is beautiful and her heart overflowing with love.  We've participated in her Prayer Flag Day and I hope someday I'll have an opportunity to meet Carly.

Carly is a bereaved mother and artist guiding people to find what heals them. She provides resources to help create meaning from grief. Resources include: A multitude of stunning artwork, International Bereaved Mother's Day, The Prayer Flag Project and The Mother's Heart - I See You Project.

Products are sourced from small independent artisans who have joined with us to offer exclusive items that speak to a woman’s soul, body, home, and family.

Jenny Remington Coaching

After Adeline was stillborn, I knew changes were needed.  Jenny was a trusted coach as I navigated through next steps.

Coaching can be for anyone who wants to grow and live better.  It is possible to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. When you discover WHO you are, and WHERE you want to go, your journey becomes much clearer. Jenny will help you learn to “trust your compass.”

Yoga With Adriene

I can not say enough about how much Adriene's free youtube channel helped me reintroduced my body to movement after loss.  Developing a home practice that cultivated connection.

Adriene leads a successful online yoga community, which creates free creative content to inspire people of all shapes and sizes to connect to their body daily. Adriene approaches health and wellness with a playfulness and even a sense of humor that encourages all personalities to the mat.

Journaling has been my salvation during difficult times.

My husband found these beautiful handmade journals by Galison and I have fallen in love with them.  For those of you who love to write or take notes in pretty things these are awesome!!

I've spent so much time on my yoga mat in the past year. After pregnancy loss it's not easy to get back into a workout routine.  I choose a gentle re-introduction through yoga.

I bought this intro pack to essential oils before Adeline was born. Thought it might be nice to have when we had an infant. I now have about fifteen different options on my shelf.  They were a beautiful addition to my healing routine.

Bedtime is sometimes the hardest...

All the distractions of the day are gone.  It's quite and now you can think.  But you don't want too because it hurts. During those initial months after Adeline passed, I started using the lavender from my introductory kit (see above) in the diffuser before bed at night.  It helped me relax into the transition to sleep and filled my heart with comfort.

And I now have one in the office too (in fact it's on right now)!

We are a family obsessed with candles!

There's nothing like the soft glow of candlelight to easy a tired mind.  When the sun goes down and the silence creeps in they remind us that we're not alone.

Oh and this one is made from used wine bottles....we loved the recycled option!
